Climbers Gaffs & Harness

Proffessional Climbers ascend the tree using ropes, harness, prussik loops, wire core pole straps and climbing gaffs.  Harnesses are durable, lightweight speciality arborist harness, made to allow the climber free movement whilst distrubuting weight .  

Climbing gaffs are generally made of titanium are lightweight , padded and can be strapped to the climbers boots and calfs.  Gaffs are only used where trees are to be removed not pruned.  When pruning trees gaffing of the trunk and large limbs to be avoided.
